STORY UNDER CONSTRUCTION
CHALLENGE
Lüm approached Swink to help evolve a beta app tested on a single university campus to an all-grown-up v1.0 ready for the national stage.
APPROACH
We helped from the top down, clarifying information architecture, and the UX for a two-sided market (fans vs. artists), and from the bottom up, proposing refinements to the visual language and building out specific experiences like onboarding.
Impact
VENTURE FUNDING
Lüm was able to close multiple rounds of venture funding on the heels of this work.
APP OF THE DAY
The app was featured in the iOS app store as “App of the Day” in April 2020.
POSTSCRIPT
Lüm’s founders were smart, and very ambitious. After competing in a very difficult space, they made the decision to shut down in February, 2022.
